  Lied to me and told me my max out of pocket cost would be 250 then sent me a 1600$ bill straight up evil

  I would have given five stars, service was quick and easy. Pretty upset that the gentleman who took my blood ended up cutting my arm when pulling the needle away. you’re not suppose to pull against the skin as it can injury the patient. I’ve never had this happen to me before.

  Appointment and check in is super easy. Needle stick was fast and relatively painless. I am a lifelong hard stick. Love this place.

  Took a long time to get seen for bloodwork ordered by my doctor, despite scheduling beforehand. The worker couldn't even find a good vein, so I was poked twice, & after getting a little bit of blood, the person getting my blood said "Sorry we can only poke you twice. You have to reschedule to get the rest of your labs done." I have never heard this before nor dealt with this issue with getting labs done. At the location I used to always get my labs done, they never have me wait such a long time despite being scheduled & then have me reschedule in the middle of getting my labs drawn. The worker was digging into my vein trying to find a good vein rather than just getting someone with more experience or confidence in being able to actually get my vein. I was there for so long just to not even be able to get my labs finished. The whole point of me scheduling for this time/day is that what is available for me, therefore I should have gotten my labs done. I have been seeing Quest for my bloodwork for years and have never had such terrible experience with them.
