  The UHS Southeast Pharmacy TEAM > UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT. When I say TEAM, I really mean it. In a world where things seem uncertain, we look for the little things that make a difference. Believe me when I say it was the best customer service experience to date. The attention to detail has been unmatched. I reached out to the pharmacy and was all over the place in my conversation. Elizabeth B. RIH was the tech on the other end... she let me finish my conversation, then immediately responded with "Happy Belated Birthday; I noticed you just had a birthday mine is tomorrow". I could tell she was smiling, happy, and very welcoming. She made our conversation feel like i was talking to my best friend and seamless. She was very customer service focused, meet my needs, answered questions, and took the time to do some discovery for a pending item all while just making simple conversation. Never made me feel like I was a bother to her. She made sure that all my needs were met before she ended the call. I recall hanging up and saying to myself that she made my day. Her customer service skills were on point. Same day, picking up my meds the amazing customer service continued. The wait time was about 10 min to be seen by a cashier / tech. Observing the team working back of the house, everyone was working together. Smiling, laughing, conversating while attending to customers as fast as they could. The cashiers/techs didn't seem fazed by the line of people waiting to be tended to. Everyone was greeted the same with a smile and attention to detail. They listened to everyone's needs before responding. Not one person was stopped in mid conversation to state otherwise. Not a negative response on willingness to further assist. I was greeted by Mariana D., gave her my name and let her know i was picking up 3 meds but had a question on one. She too, first responded with happy belated birthday. That just finish making my day. Then she proceeded by informing me that my items were being worked on if I had time to wait and she also asked for assistance to get me a response to one of my meds. That's when I was introduced to Celine N. She too, was not bothered by being asked to assist. She immediately provided her knowledge on the situation and informed me on what step she was taking next to assist with the pending med. It has been a long while since I have experienced top notch, customer service at business to where it made me pause. I couldn't leave the pharmacy without letting their supervisor Justin T. RIH know in person that his team's customer service and attention to detail was on point. I left the pharmacy thinking to myself that I was glad to have made the switch from Walgreen's.

  While I was waiting for a medication a person next to me was leaning towards me. I didn't think anything of it, Ithought she was falling asleep. However, a few minutes later one of the pharmacy technicians came over to check on her. The lady was out of it, she wouldn't respond until the 3rd time she was touched. The technician called for assistance, in less than a minute a team of doctors and nurses came to help. The lady was partially unconscious, her speech was slow and not very clear. She stated she had a stroke in the past. They took her in and took care of her. I want to congratulate and thank the technician, who was observant enough to detect there was something wrong with the lady 🙏 Also, the quick response from the clinic's team, that may have make a difference. Thank you all for your service 🙏 ❤️

  I work 6a-6p M-F. Usually I have weekends off, but for the last month I have also been working weekends. I have been unable to get to the pharmacy from 8-4:30 M-F, the usual time the pharmacy is available to give vaccines. The vaccine is for my child who has asthma. Thank you to this pharmacy for making an exception and allowing to go in before you close at 6pm. It really matters that you are working for the patient and not the other way around.
