  I’ve had the best experience with the care I received at Miracle Ear with Mike Miller. From the start of the process and through out, the experience has been exceptional! I highly recommend coming here, you will not be disappointed!

  I had received an advertisement that promissed a $20 HEB giftcard. So I decided to get the free hearing test. I am 87 and have hearing aids from Costco - less expensive than anywhere else and their service is great. The aid on the right did not work a day after my call. The treatment by Mindy and Mike was exceptional, even though I said that I will probably go to Costo later. Mike appreciated my honesty and gave me the best treatment. He checked the aid that was not working and cleaned it. That treatment made it work again. I told him that I have trouble with ear wax never coming out no matter what I do. I have to go to a doctor to have that taken care of. Mike checked my ears, showed me the picture of them on the computer and asked if I wanted him to remove the wax. He told me that they are told not to do anything if they are not comportable doing it so that they won't hurt the patient. He did not hurt me and I saw how he removed the wax. Even though I told him that I will not buy anything, he gave me the hearing test. First he explained everying about how the ear and brain work, he showed it to me on the computer, and then he lead me into the room for the testing. He explained and showed the results after that and showed me some of the hearing aids. Unfortunately, all much more expensive than the ones I have. What I really appreciate is that he told me that what I have is a good brand even though Miracle Ear could do better. He told me the gift card would be sent from Waco where the headquarter is located. I told him that I will defintely recommend him to anyone who needs hearing aids and if the insurance would contribute, I am thinking of going back to him because there is no doubt in my mind that he is the most caring and knowledgeable Person and he went way beyond of what I expected.

  Luz is the best in town ! It was my first time to a visit with my mom but I see why she keeps coming back . Excellent service and a specialist that really cares !

  My mom has been coming to Miracle Ear for years, they always get her appointment in quickly if needed, and make sure her hearing aids are working well for her.
