They fit me in for an emergency appt and she provided what information and guidance she could and for the areas of my treatment she couldn’t assist with, she explained why she couldn’t give me information, instead of just ignoring my questions or just saying she didn’t know. The office staff has also been super helpful and understanding, making this whole ordeal a little bit easier.

When it was my turn the associate took me back and was very polite and caring during the entire initial eye exam. Only had to wait another 10 minutes to see the doctor. Confirmed surgery needed and gave me some suggestions to treat my eyes. He was friendly. Everything went very smoothly
