  I love this facility. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. My daughter had eye surgery with Dr. Cohen and we are very thankful with his care. He is kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. He has changed my daughter’s life so much by increasing her confidence. Thank you so much to all the staff working at the Huebner and Westover Hills locations.

  Dr Eheim performed the most thorough exam on my eyes I have ever experienced. She listened to me intently and had reviewed my hx before entering the room. She was friendly and caring and did not seem rushed. She was excellent.

  The staff is polite and has the standard nice level of office staff. The dr(Dr.Cohen)was unfriendly and didn’t even introduce himself to my son or I. He didn’t discuss concerns with my child mostly treated him like a prop. He’s 9 so capable of explaining his complaints. The biggest issue however was the astronomical wait. Arrived at 1pm for my new patient appt at 1:30pm. Paperwork completed by 1:10pm. Called back initially at 1:25ish. Completed basic exam with nurse and dilated kiddos eyes. Sent to wait in back waiting room. Spent an HOUR and change waiting to be seen by the doctor. Left the 1:30pm appt a little after 3pm. They are closed from 12-1p for lunch so it’s not like there’s a backlog of patients. And the dr spent 5 minutes with us so they should be flying through people anyways. Either they are vastly overbooked or they simply do not value patients time in any way shape for fashion. I have a follow up scheduled but not even sure I will be keeping it. Wasting 2 hours for a five minute appointment is simply insane.

  The check in process was smooth and quick. I was called back to begin my process close to 30 minutes late. The tech who checked my eyes was kind and confident in her processes. The three stars comes from my actual time with Dr Kohen and the check out process. I believe I spent less than 5minutes with Dr Kohen. He was super brisk and not friendly at all. He barely looked slip from his desk when i walked in the room. He examined my eyes, briskly stated that i had a small cataract then barked, any questions. (no question because I have a family member who is an ophthalmologist) and out he sent me. The check out process was unorganized and forced patients to determine where the line should form and who should go next. There were 5 of us in line when I came out. If I go back, I will not see this Dr again.
