The front desk scheduling experience has been extremely frustrating. It is very difficult to get anyone on the phone, as calls often go unanswered. When I finally did reach someone to ask for help accessing the patient portal to help my daughter. Since calling hasn’t been reliable. I was told to call back instead of being assisted. I spoke with someone named Ana, who responded dismissively and did not provide help. Which was very disappointing. However, when I called right back. I reached someone in billing named Victoria, and the experience was completely different. She answered all of my questions and walked me through everything step by step with no hesitation. She was patient, helpful, and clearly willing to do her job. Victoria provided the level of service I expected from the front desk. She deserves recognition! Honestly give her a raise!

I have seen Dr. Schwope for almost a decade and she is one of the best doctors I have ever had the privilege of having care for me. The office is very busy, and even with a wait, I never feel like Dr. Schwope rushes the appointments. She is attentive, mindful, cautious, and an overall excellent provider. Some of the staff has been there since I started going almost a decade ago and they are kind and helpful as well. I have had five babies under her care and I am exceedingly grateful. I appreciate her time and professionalism, and I hope that she knows she has a special place in my heart always!

I’ve made two appointments with Dr. De Los Santos. Both have been canceled last minute. The first time, they called and gave me a 24 hours notice - that’s fair. The second appointment I had scheduled, I called the morning of to confirm and they told me I was still on the schedule. I show up and they tell me she’s not in the office today and someone canceled my appointment. No one called to let me know - very unprofessional and frustrating. I do not mind the appointment being canceled, but I do mind them wasting my time and not providing a notice. A day off work and time wasted. If you want to see Dr. De Los Santos, I would not recommend scheduling on a Friday because she clearly likes to frequently take long weekends. I scheduled with a different physician. I will update my rating after I’ve actually been seen by a doctor.

This obygn is very helpful with alot of care had mostly all good experience here but not understanding when something happens with work or anything else I've rescheduled twice both different years due to personal issues and work related scheduling conflict as I am a private caretaker an they want to release care due to that it's a shame the scheduling coordinator stated that since I have a high frequency of rescheduling that the spots that I do secure is very important that they have people on a waiting for spots because they have serious issues that they need taken care of like my issues with my body isn't as important I can't help what happens and what comes up! Alot can happen within 2 months of waiting to have surgery an I should be judged on or looked on differently or have to over explain my issues and I want an need the help. If any changes couldnt be made I simply wanted to move my pre-op date 2 days ahead due to finances so I can pay in full but it's fine I have seek to help else where for care.

Listen- if you are newly pregnant, searching for an OB and office to be with you on this new journey, I came stress enough to stay away from this place. Starting off strong with the biggest issue- Dr. Keithreddy. Absolutely unwilling to hear your birth plan. Does not like to be questioned in any way. It is her way or the highway. Will not support delayed cord clamping or any natural birth remedies if that is the direction you are heading in. She is adamantly against spending any intentional time with you in the office helping you understand and in the birth room when you need a calm and informative doctor the most. Most of my questions were shrugged off. She laughed when I brought up concerns about not wanting to be induced or have a c section if not necessary. And I will tell you - if you want to take your time in labor and really do this thing the way you intended- If you go with Dr. Keithreddy she will op for the knife over the encouragement and slow and steady pace it takes. Unnecessary interventions to get you out the door faster and a dollar in her pocket quicker will always be her way to go. When we toured St. Luke’s Baptist hospital - I had an actual nurse tell me I would not have my birth plan honored if Dr. Keithreddy was in the room. And her decorum and quite frankly lack of empathy and humility in the office was enough for me to see that the nurse was absolutely correct. And one more important thing to note- she didn’t explain a single detail about my anatomy scan. The biggest scan in the entire pregnancy was shrugged off with a “yeah everything looks good•” I didn’t get to see his little fingers and toes and learn his measurements and hear about his heart and lungs. And when I pressed she just smiled arrogantly and repeated “everything is fine.” I ended up switching OB’s and hospitals entirely going into my third trimester to not have to deal with it any longer. I have now found a wonderful practice and hospital that has made me realize how the process should have been on along. My new OB is quite frankly appalled by Lone Star and their practices. Secondly- the office staff is straight up rude. They see a thousand pregnant women in a week and you are nothing but just another number to check in to them. Don’t expect a warm welcome, quick service or any congratulations of any kind. Do yourself the grandest favor and choose a different practice. Preferably someone that delivers to one of the newer Methodist hospitals in the area. Make the drive. It’s worth it to have the birth and care you so greatly deserve. Being pregnant is a scary and yet beautifully wonderful thing. It should be celebrated. You should have a Dr. you trust. Care you can rely on. And most importantly peace in knowing you will be respected in and out of the birthing room and have informed consent at all times. I hope this saves someone from the headache and tears I have had to experience.
