At 45 years old, I hadn’t worn glasses since high school, so I came in with quite a few questions about lenses, current trends, and overall style. Tony took the time to walk me through everything, built great rapport, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I left my purchase feeling confident, with every question thoroughly answered. What stood out even more was realizing that Tony had previously helped my wife when we were shopping for glasses for our son. His consistency speaks volumes. He took the time to find savings, educated rather than pressured, and genuinely seemed to have our best interests in mind. Tony also spoke very highly of the company, how they treat both customers and employees, and mentioned he’s been with LensCrafters for 10 years. Based on my experience, it’s easy to see why.
