The manager Alex was very helpful. He adjusted my daughter’s glasses and changed out the nose pads. He was very professional and made the experience easy and fast.

This was my first time here and first time getting glasses. Maribel and Alex were very helpful and welcoming as they helped me find a pair of glasses.

I walked in to replace some parts on my glasses that were worn after years. They helped out right away, pretty cool.

I experienced unacceptable service during my visit today around 12:00 PM. The staff member who assisted me, a man wearing a gray shirt, was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed to ensure better customer service in the future.

Unfortunately, this place fell short on their word. I was a bit leery ordering my glasses from a place that ships out their frames, but the the sales associate assured me the frames are shipped together and return within 10 business days or in some cases less. However, my back up glasses did come in a few days later, but here we are almost at the end of March and I still don’t have my main pair. I’ve received different answers, about when they would arrive, and how they got separated, and how they went to different labs which is very different from what I was initially told. Moral of the story: Do not buy from them if you need your glasses sooner than later.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
