- AJAngel JanaMar 26, 20265.0I’m giving this place 5 stars because the ladies in the front were very friendly and nice, but I do want to report the lady named Lucy, (she was the phlebotomist) She was very rude and inconsiderate and wasted all of our time that we spent there, she couldn’t even do her job, right. I had to drive to another place today, and the phlebotomist at the university hospital in the Medical Center did amazing
