Do I need to fast before my lab appointment?

Follow the instructions on your laboratory order. If the order indicates 'fasting' you should avoid food and drink (except water) for the instructed period. Many lipid/cholesterol tests require fasting; when in doubt confirm with your ordering provider or the clinic that placed the order.

How long will it take to receive my lab results?

Most routine lab results are available within a few days and will be posted to MyChart. Some advanced or specialty tests can take longer (up to about two weeks). Your provider will review results with you at your scheduled appointment or contact you if follow-up is needed.

The waiting time here at this place just to get your labs done is a damn joke!! If I could go elsewhere I would.

I just want to say that Domonique was an angel sent from heaven. I'm extremely anxious and get very bad anxiety when I get lab work and she was just so encouraging. She took her time with me (even tho it only took less than 3 minutes!). I didn't even feel the damn needle! So quick and efficient. This woman deserves a raise!!! and some praise. Please protect her by all costs. Thank you so much Domonique for truly caring about me. Much love
