The doctor was incredibly friendly, patient and made my son feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff was just as welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and we truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Appointment dates are set out with a 2 month wait. Office receptionist didn’t care to update me after waiting more than 30 mins. I was the 3rd person arrived after opening.
- C6Christine 63Jul 7, 20251.0For months I was trying to get my baby's hearing test done but every time I called they kept telling me they have not received her referral. It had been faxed multiple times and after weeks of back and forth, I finally received a letter from this hearing and balance center stating they need to schedule her appointment. Again I called and again I was immediately told they they have no record of her referral. It was only until I told them I have a letter directly from that facility did she bother to look up my daughter by her name and suddenly she found her referral. I asked why no one had been able to find her referral before? The woman on the phone then began to get defensive and said "because your giving me the wrong phone number than what we have on file" I explained that number you have is to her doctor, not my number. And questioned WHY no one bothers to look up referrals by name? I can't imagine how many other poor people this happens to because the people responsible for scheduling referral appointments don't bother to look people up by thier name! Such careless incompetence. It's now a 3 month wait before they have availability and it angers me to think she could have already been seen had someone taken time to ACTUALLY LOOK.
