Everyone is so nice and understanding and I love how it wasn’t just an afterthought, HEB really put the same time and care and love for their employees they put into so much of what they do

That's a wonderful way of helping people HEB! Just like any doctors office new patient appointments will be a few weeks out. Understandable. Nursing staff available if you need to talk to someone. Excellent location. Nothing bad to say.
