  I don’t even know where to begin… this pharmacy has truly been a blessing to my family. I have a large household, and like many families, the cost of medications adds up fast especially at the beginning of the year when everything seems to reset and prices go up. It can feel overwhelming when you need your medicine and don’t really have a choice. But what makes this place different is the people. Jacob went completely above and beyond for me. He took the time to let me know about a program I had no idea existed, something he absolutely did not have to do. Because of him, I went from paying around $65 for my medication down to just $25. That kind of savings is not small, it makes a real difference for my family. Every single dollar matters in a household like mine, and his kindness genuinely impacted our daily life. And I have to also recognize Mr. Kwan. He has always been so patient, so knowledgeable, and so willing to explain medications in a way that actually makes sense. You can tell he truly cares about the people he’s helping, not just filling prescriptions and moving on. Yes, the hours have changed and I do miss the longer ones, but I understand. Because at the end of the day, it’s the people inside that pharmacy who make it what it is—and they are exceptional. I come to H-E-B Pharmacy all the time, and I will continue to do so because of the care, honesty, and effort I receive here. Jacob, thank you for going the extra mile. You didn’t just help with a prescription ...you helped ease a burden for my entire family. That kind of service doesn’t go unnoticed.

  Losing confidence. Called to see if something was going to be ready, I was told that it would be ready in 10 minutes, I let them know I would be there in around 40 minutes, Waited 10 minutes in a drive thru line to be told to come back in 5 minutes it was not finished. Get your act together. Give customers realistic expectations.

  HEB does a Great job training the Pharmacy Department individuals. They always have taken care of me, my needs, questions, and guidence. Thank you for all you do not just for me, but San Antonio and Texas, Mexico based stores. You Rock, HEB!!
