- TMTrinidad MontanoMar 26, 20261.0My wife and I are deeply upset by the blatant discriminatory treatment we received from the store manager, Ramona. We were specifically targeted and harassed for having our dog with us, yet Ramona allowed another woman with two dogs to shop completely unbothered. This selective enforcement of rules felt like a personal attack and a clear display of bias against us. We expect professional leadership to treat every customer with the same level of respect and consistency.
- LALulu AvalosFeb 8, 20261.0Failure to inform you of cost differences and not acting in the patient’s best interest. 2-7-26 I usually don’t post nothing on social media, but this time I will in order for customers to be proactive and not get robbed of their hard earned income specially if you are a senior . The pharmacy did not tell me my copay would jump from about $10 to $83 due to pill strength. I was not given a chance to choose a cheaper option.

Then told i could try other HEBs.....useless... of all the HEB, am i suppose to call all of them
