The only good thing about this HEB it’s clean 95% of the time. The entire store is supposed to be a team. The team needs to hold themselves accountable for not following through with customer service expectations

Called last night to try and prevent The pharmacy from placing back on the shelf because I will be able to make it today to pick up my medication. Called right before closing on Saturday and the woman on the other line shamed me for waiting so long. Super weird inappropriate and unprofessional. I’ve had many good experiences at this pharmacy, but it only takes one bad experience to stick out in your head.
