- ECEyal CatranMar 30, 20261.0This pharmacy is an insult to HEBs reputation. They tell you your medication is ready even when they don’t have it and they tell you your insurance doesn’t cover it even when it does. I had a terrible experience here and do not recommend

Then they told me they couldn’t find my medication despite leaving me numerous voice mails saying it was there and ready for pickup. Changes have to be made to this pharmacy urgently

They need a second phone line and/or someone paying attention so they can put a message on to let customers know what's wrong.
