For some if us that don't always feel the greatest, the last thing you want to deal with is anyone's rude attitude and comments. Not asking for sympathy, but for a pharmacy line of work, staff should treat customers so much better. I feel unwelcomed when it's something as simple as asking for an expense report. I felt brushed off by the response to any questions, concerns, or suggestions about meds. I enjoy shopping at HEB and find great pharmacy prices & it's convenient to shop around while meds are being refilled. As others have also left negative reviews, I hope to see a change. ❤️
