I had been dealing with a frustrating situation for over a week that involved a lot of back and forth between the pharmacy and my doctor’s office, with no real progress. Destiny took it upon herself to step in, advocate for me, and make sure everything was handled correctly. Thanks to her dedication, patience, and persistence, I was finally able to get the medication I needed. From Lackland, Shoppette or Firestone my vehicle is there for repairs I walked from there to HEB. Due to wife injury on her wrist. I explained to Andrew the Teller but was denied by Christina. I had my wife driver license and her signature on the check. Thank You, HEB for hiring such high caliber individual. PS. I was planning to buy food from were " HEB".
