  Very contemporary golds, nothing fancy about it. Has all the basics of what you need. Very friendly staff. Never overly crowded, most of the clientele is retired or college - middle aged. Music is just loud enough that if you forgot headphones you can hear it but isn’t too loud that you can hear it over your own music/headphones. Relaxed atmosphere, no gym influencers or tripods or people posing in the mirror. Bathrooms/locker rooms could use some work but all in all “it does the job”.

  It's a lot quieter than most gyms the people are nice and they don't judge you. But honest to god you guys should really open up that back area. Really do something with it like i don't know refill the pool or fill it with concrete and make it a training area

  Customer Service was okay but the place was clean and I like how it was setup.

  Awesome place and great people. The closing of the pool is a big change but the workout space is still strong and the customer service with manger Garrot Delong is amazing.
