- SAShaina AhmedApr 1, 20261.0I’m the current member of golds gym I have been going to golds gym fiesta trails since 5 years everytime the payment gets deducted and it takes 24 business hours to update on the system But recently when I went there at golds gym ( fiesta trails , San Antonio ) the manager there was loud to me about the payment then when I ask her to please lower the tone she said it’s her job , then I yell at her and she humiliated at me in front of everyone saying that “ i will cancel your membership “ “ i will cancel your membership “ That was so rude and humiliating That manager “ Samantha Risner “ at fiesta trails was unprofessional and humiliating Inspite of apologies she said i will cancel your membership than I yelled at her She said you were yelling at me yes I yelled at her because she was loud about the payment even after the payment it takes 24 business hours to show on the system it’s not my fault and also she humiliated me and later blaming me that I’m yelling at her …. this is Unprofessional behavior from the management I hope the management will address this issue and take steps to ensure that all members are treated with respect."
