  Was it what was advertised. Website says it has a pool but it don't. Staff wasn't very friendly so I went to Planet Fitness

  Overall love this gym but for the price the facility is due for an upgrade, exposed wood in walls, crunch and trufit are cheaper and both include a sauna, both 24 hours. Yes, yes I have a membership at these too because Gold's doesn't have these features but is still closer to me. Dark room could use some mirrors. Those are my only complaints. Staff is friendly and has been super helpful.

  This is a warning for men arriving to work out from 9:30pm to 11pm. If you expect to use the locker room to change before working out, the locker room cleaning lady will refuse to accommodate you and make you wait until cleaning is complete—regardless of how much longer it may take. She blocked off the men's locker room entrance with 2 large trash cans, 2 mop signs, and a cord. I called out to her twice if I could go in and she ignored me. I stepped in and asked if I could change quickly and she stormed out yelling that it was inappropriate for me to be in there while she was cleaning. I suggested to her that I could use the ADA toilet stall to change but she went straight to the clerk to report that I had bypassed her makeshift blockade. Keep in mind, she ignored me when I was calling out to her from the entrance. When I asked her again if I could have 3 minutes to change, she raised her voice at me and said NO YOU NEED TO WAIT. I HAVE THINGS TO DO! YOU DON'T KNOW ALL THAT I HAVE TO DO! When I told her that I can ONLY work out from 10pm-11pm she said that unfortunately for me and others in my situation, that I should just GO HOME instead because 9:30pm to 11pm is her best time to clean the men's locker room—NO EXCEPTIONS. I talked to the clerk at the desk and she said that this location DOES NOT have a manager at the moment so the cleaning schedule will stay as is. Up until a few months ago, they always had a male staff member clean the men's room but that is not the case anymore. Just remember men: This location DOES NOT have men's locker room access from 9:30pm-11pm. And don't attempt to request access unless you want to have the cleaning lady scream her head off at you in front of everyone.

  I went here for a day, it's close to my house, but it smells bad, it's very dirty and most of the exercise machines are broken

  Got signed up very quick with great service from Rob and Natalie. Very nice facility. Wish it had a sauna.
