- SPStefanie ParraFeb 20, 20261.0I have been a patient for 10 years now and it’s exhausting trying to make an appointment. Iv been waiting now 31 minutes on and off hold with a “Sorry I’m checking in other patients”. We have a patient portal that I try to make an appointment but I never get a response. It’s been 18 days. This is why women are depressed & want to cry because we can’t even get seen by our own doctors. They need an easier way to make the appointment. Unfortunately I’ll have to find a new doctor at this rate.
