Despite the wait and some delays in having the procedure done the staff kept us informed. The only suggestion would be the iPad sign in process was not user friendly and would improve the iPad with drop down suggestions for the user instead of typing in University. Overall great experience and so thankful for the staff.

They let my wife and I know about all of the details for the procedure, they set proper expectations, and gave us updates of the entire procedure.

I waited for 3 hours. The nurses provided blankets but it was still freezing. Please let families know to prepare for the cold.
