University Health Judson ISD Health Center is a school-based primary care clinic located on the Judson ISD campus at Wagner High School on San Antonio’s Northeast Side. The clinic was super clean, and the front desk receptionist was really respectful and helpful. The staff saw me fast, and overall they made my visit really comfortable.
