- ABADITYA BAHETIAug 22, 20251.00 Star Review: Frustrating and Unresponsive Service. This place is ridiculous. Stay away. It is impossible to get a prescription refilled. I have been trying to reach doctor for several weeks and nobody responds. Several calls and many messages to the office but no response back from them. Lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also puts patients' health at risk.

I found the staff to be professional, courteous, and very respectful. Dr. Bebout was caring. She spent adequate time with me and was genuinely interested in my reason for seeing her.
