- MGMeech GJun 12, 20251.0Travis Medical Supply in San Antonio, TX is the WORST company to get your child/adult a wheelchair from. I spent 10 MONTHS doing everything that was asked of us to get my sons wheelchair replacement since his old one was 10 yrs old and broken down. We started the process in Aug of 2024 and I informed them in JAN 2025 that we were moving to FL in April. They said no problem if its not in TX by then we will send it to Orlando and he can get it there. WRONG!! It is now JUNE 2025 and no wheelchair!! They have to have a TX licensed tech to be there for delivery and cant do that in FL. So they CANCELLED my sons chair without discussing it with me first. When I called they said "sorry" nothing they can or will do to fix their incompetence and mistakes. They say they will call you back next day..NOPE!! You give them all insurance details but say you didnt even though it was all hand carried to their office. You have to leave multiple messages to get a call back just to be told nothing was done and time was wasted. Don't waste your time with this company or you will regret it!!
