  Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. It is a pleasure going to the dentist. I don’t feel they ever recommend unnecessary treatments. I really appreciate the care and time they take with me as a patient.

  My children had their initial appointments with Dr Spencer and his team and for them to ask to “go back tomorrow” says so much about their kindness and patience. Entire process was seamless! Shoutout to their dental hygienist, Joana! She was extremely patient with my youngest and made her feel so comfortable from the get go. Thank you all!

  I am an existing patient at Timberwood Park Dental, and recently I brought my mother in to address pain on the lower left side of her jaw when she chews. My mother has dementia and has a heightened level of fear when it comes to medical and dental visits. She was very nervous because she believed she might need a root canal or an injection. I reassured her that she would be in excellent hands with Doctor Spencer. From the moment we arrived, she immediately felt at ease because of the warm and cheerful greeting from Nichole at the front desk. Lisa, the hygienist, was incredibly gentle and compassionate with my mother. She thoughtfully took only one X ray instead of the standard new patient series, which made the experience much more comfortable for her. When Doctor Spencer entered the room, he calmly assured my mother that the procedure would be pain free and that the filling would not require an injection. She was truly delighted. It meant so much to me to see her cared for with such patience and kindness, especially since she is often frightened outside of her comfort zone at home. At one point, I realized I had left my phone in the car and needed it to provide updated dental insurance information to Nichole. Doctor Spencer kindly told me to retrieve my phone and assured me he would make sure my mother remained comfortable. He kept his word completely. My mother did not even realize that I had stepped out of the room. The entire staff demonstrated extraordinary compassion, patience, and understanding of my mother’s medical condition. As both a daughter and a caregiver, I felt fully supported. I cannot adequately express my deepest gratitude to Timberwood Park Dental for the exceptional care they provided. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking professional, attentive, and truly compassionate dental care.
