My wife and I visited The Good Feet Store because I had occasional discomfort in my left foot only. I clearly explained during the consultation that my right foot had no issues at all. Despite that, I was sold a set of inserts for both feet totaling $2,385.09. I followed the instructions exactly as provided by the salesperson. After wearing the inserts for one day, both of my feet began hurting badly. By the following morning the pain had become so severe that I could barely walk. This included my right foot, which had never had any problems before using their product. I contacted the store immediately on Monday to report the issue and stopped using the inserts after only two days because of the pain they caused. I live over an hour away, so the earliest I could return to the store was the following Saturday. When I returned and requested a refund, the same employee told me I simply needed an “adjustment.” I explained that after the pain these inserts caused, I was not comfortable putting them back in my shoes. At that point I was told the store has a no refund policy, which was never clearly explained during the sales process. For a product that costs over $2,300, I expected transparency and a willingness to stand behind the product if it caused serious issues. Instead, I was left with inserts that caused significant pain and a store unwilling to provide any reasonable resolution. Customers should make sure they fully understand the refund policy and total cost before agreeing to purchase these inserts. I hope someone from corporate will review this situation and reach out with a reasonable resolution.

Anthony did an amazing job! My mom walked out feeling so much better, walking so much better and moving a little faster. Knee pain disappeared automatically. Glad we popped in.

NO REFUND POLICY EVEN AFTER 24 HRS. BEWARE. OVER $2300 for the CHEAPEST package of NON custom plastic prosthetics option. I cannot speak on rudeness; however, the sales person definitely knows how to get his sales and offers no alternative options than the package deals. My partner’s first language is not English, so he felt a bit pressured since no cheaper options were presented. Agreed to monthly payment of $121. The sales person then proceeded to charge his debit card the ENTIRE $2300+ amount after we clearly stated the monthly price. We should have said no and left immediately after that huge mistake was made. Called THE DAY AFTER to ask about any refund/return/exchange options, ANY option (even partial) really, and was told no. Biggest and most expensive mistake ever. EXPLORE your options before committing to the overpriced pieces of premade plastic inserts offered here.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
