I cannot speak on rudeness; however, the sales person definitely knows how to get his sales and offers no alternative options than the package deals. My partner’s first language is not English, so he felt a bit pressured since no cheaper options were presented. Agreed to monthly payment of $121. The sales person then proceeded to charge his debit card the ENTIRE $2300+ amount after we clearly stated the monthly price. We should have said no and left immediately after that huge mistake was made. Called THE DAY AFTER to ask about any refund/return/exchange options, ANY option (even partial) really, and was told no. Biggest and most expensive mistake ever. EXPLORE your options before committing to the overpriced pieces of premade plastic inserts offered here.

Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort.
