The staff here are so nice! I had a difficult experience with other Target opticals telling me they couldn't work with my prescription, but this one was able to walk me through the process! Thank you to Ellie! Will be coming here in the future.

Ellie was very nice to work with! I had just gotten off work and I needed my glasses tightened as they were falling off my face and she was able to get it done swiftly and without issue even though they were about to close!

My friend went here to get her glasses tightened. The assistant who helped us Ellie was very kind and quick. She was very helpful and even heated up the glasses so they would sit better. Will be coming to this location for my own glasses.

Carley is super sweet and helpful, not pushy either. She lets you browse and even offers some suggestions if you want it. Shes picked out some really cute pairs for me! Out of the 3 years I've shopped from this location its been the best experience yet. I ended up purchasing a pair from her today on 01/06/2026. 🩷

Dr Negin Nooshin has a horrible attitude and is extremely sinister towards Spanish speaking clients. Google her and you’ll see many other horrid experiences that she’s created for other clients.
My dad (80 years old and solely Spanish speaking) called this location trying to get an appointment. Negin told him that she didn’t have anyone that spoke Spanish, no further help - then rushed to hang up the phone.
My wife (English speaking) calls the office and Negin answers again. My wife had some mix up with the insurance that her dad has, which lead to some misconceptions. Negin was quick to say “no we don’t accept that insurance” and hangs up.
My wife realized her mistake with the insurance name and tries to call back. 11 times she tried and 11 times she was sent to voice mail. She tries to call again immediately but this time using another phone. Negin answers immediately this time, showing that she was deliberately ignoring those calls.
Throughout that phone call, she continued with her attitude. Time of that phone call was on Monday Jan 5 2026 at around 3:51pm. Management, if you are reading this, please spend some time reviewing that call. I will not be typing it all out here.
We will not be bringing our dad here for sure. And after reviewing the other reviews here, there seems to be a trend of Dr Negin Nooshin’s negligence towards Spanish speaking customers.
