  Alexa is great! Seeing her on a weekly basis has improved my flexibility. My shoulders are less tight since seeing her.

  I’ve been coming to StretchLab for a while now, and my flexologist Raquel is fantastic! She always gives a great stretch and really tunes in to what my body needs each visit. She takes notes and makes sure to check if she can do anything to help me with my recovery. She also helps by giving me tips on how to stretch at home in case the soreness persists. I leave every session feeling fully recovered, relaxed, loose, and recharged. It’s one of the highlights of my week! Thank you Raquel and SttetchLab!

  Deceptive Business Practice. Sold me a package for stretches that I paid in advance ($800+) for the sole purpose of not having a reoccurring membership. Guaranteed me I had no obligation or reoccurring obligation. I told them specifically that I would only purchase package if it meant that I didn’t ever get a monthly charge. They agreed. Then 2-3 months later i see a $250+ charge to my account to a debit card that I didn’t even use for the package transaction, that debit card was used only when I booked the initial consult and had no idea it was being kept on file, as I had not agreed to that. I called them to address it, they admitted fault and started the process to refund, took about a week. Told me it was a clerical error and that it wouldn’t happen again. I told them I didn’t even know how they had that card info and that they needed to delete my card info and to never charge me again, the next month I had another $250 + in charges. I now expect a refund on my unused stretches as I don’t want to do business with this type of organization to which they refuse despite engaging in multiple unauthorized transactions totaling over $500. Seems this is a systemic issue and not a one off occurrence.

  When I started going to Scott at Stretch Lab my back was so bad I was worried I would be forced to resort to surgery. After one visit, though, my pain was significantly better. Now, a year later, I have kept up with my biweekly stretches and have a better quality of life. I am back to playing golf and more importantly playing with my kid. It has changed my life! I’m so grateful to Scott!
