  Absolutely love this location and its staff. They have treated my husband for almost a year now and have taken great care of him. He had multiple injuries, and they are always sure to ask how he’s feeling every appointment and address any of our concerns or questions we might have. Even with the traffic in the area and crazy weather, it’s nice to walk in to nice staff and caring physicians during such a difficult time for my family. Thank you Pro Care!

  I came to ProCare Injury Specialists with extreme pain in my right shoulder – I could hardly lift my arm or sleep on that side. Dr. Mikel Richter was brilliant from start to finish. He listened properly, explained what was going on in simple language, and the treatment gave me real relief the same day. I heard more cracks than I’ve ever heard in my life 😅 but it felt safe, controlled, and my shoulder immediately felt lighter and looser. He also showed me how to look after it at home and how to sleep on that side without making it worse. I also have to mention Elli at the front desk. She runs reception like air-traffic control but still has time for a smile and a joke. She got me booked in quickly, kept everything organised, and made the whole visit feel much less stressful. Very happy with this clinic and with Dr. Richter’s care. I’ll definitely be recommending ProCare to anyone I know with shoulder or back pain.

  I Love the pro care staff they have been very professional. The pro care team lives by the motto that they have set for their patients. They have taken care of me and my needs on a excellent basis. They take the time to know how their patient feels before they start their treatment for the day & based on that, they know exactly how to handle each patient and their needs and treatment, I give them excellent excellent thumbs up from The front desk, the doctors and the therapist and trainers.They've all done excellent by me and my needs.I look forward to continuing my treatment with them.
