  So glad this PF finally got the upgrade it deserves. Clean, spacious, well-maintained, friendly staff, and all new nice equipment. My favorite location now for sure

  This is the absolute cleanest location in San Antonio! Sheila and Stephanie are great! Every morning when I am discouraged to be at the gym Sheila is there to greet me and motivate me to do my best! She is absolutely so helpful and sweet. It feels good to know when I am working out the equipment is clean because this lady is always on her cleaning game! At the end of my workout she is there to offer me the hydro bed or body enhancing machine, I call it the salsa dance! I will NOT go to any other gym as long as she is here! They do need mirrors in the other areas to spread the traffic a bit more… just my opinion. Thank you Sheila for making me feel like a real VIP!

  This has got to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with a gym. I thought “maybe they are charging me under the false assumption that I wanted the premium package with the aqua message table and all. What I found out from having to take off from work to discuss why I am being charged so much is they charged on an automatic withdrawal claiming they had to charge double because they didn’t get their money on time. Umm hello it is automatic withdrawal. Why would you month after month continue this behavior without contacting the customer if some billing issue is going on that you deem the need to charge double? “Profit above customers” not a sustainable business model with all your competitors out there. If there is some failure to communicate internally between the branch of your business that collects funds and the main trunk that interacts as the face of your company with the public then that’s a YOU problem that should be addressed, not a perpetual fleecing of customer’s bank account just because you have all the signed paperwork to get money off them. Times are tough out here and reputable business like HEB or Bill Millers that pride themselves on customer first and acquiring that reputation that “we” are part of your community too, is why loyalty and customer retention has placed these companies second to none. How many more customers are you doing this to? Crunch Fitness, Gold’s and a dozen others are out there keep on shopping is my recommendation. Oh and for you nay sayers you could look on my profile and all other profiles that I write reviews on that I have only wrote positive feedback/comments.

  I come early in the mornings and the gym is always very well maintained. Sheila works overnight and always has a smile in the morning when I arrive. Sometimes I come later in the day and the gym isn't as clean or organized but I typically stick to early mornings for that reason.

  The staff is so friendly and the place is clean, with plenty of machines and workout space.
