I keep seeing people on reviews complaining about staff infections and it makes sense because I came here to report that they don’t have soap in the bathrooms. The whole gym is covered in dust and it smells horrible. The bathrooms have feces smeared on the walls and the staff is completely unwilling to do literally anything to help the guests. I’ve never been to a planet fitness as bad as this one. They don’t have enough stair masters which is literally the reason I joined this gym and out of the four that they do have only one works. This gym is a nightmare.
