Excellent place to start for beginners and experience fitness enthusiast. Been a member for four years. The message chairs and hydro chairs, and beds are great for post work out as well.

They were only waiting on the drive thru and ignoring the lobby for 25 minutes. Then they had used up all the dark meat chicken because they have started to charge more for white meat and no one wants to pay for it. So they are forcing people to pay more because white meat is all they have. I received red beans and rice and I got a table spoon of beans and the rest rice. Wow! You can't win with this company.

Very rude staff, (dont know his name) but the mexican dude with glasses that works night shift kept making me feel uncomfortable and he was really rude when i asked him a question.
I recommend finding another planet fitness for night time

This gym only has two leg press machines. What’s not cool is when an employee is talking with a patron for over twenty minutes at that machine. Not working out. It’s common courtesy, if you’re not using it, get up and allow someone else to workout. It’s not your lounge chair. Either get more leg press machines or let’s be courteous for the needs of others. And as I was leaving the gym, that employee was still talking with that patron. So for over an hour the employee wasn’t working? Maybe they were solving the world’s problems? Who knows. But perception is reality…“easy money”

The manager treated us very rudely.
We signed up for a black card membership with the stated understanding from an employee that we could bring my stepdaughter to exercise with us. An employee told us this.
When we later showed up with her to use the gym, the manager told us their policies restrict kids under 13 from using the gym and that we could not enter. Fine. No problem. We didn’t insist that we should be able to use the gym.
But we signed up only because an employee told us we could use the gym with my stepdaughter. So I requested a refund. I did not demand a refund. I simply requested a refund.
We were denied the refund. Ok. Not the end of the world either.
But the manager also spoke to us very rudely, saying he didn’t know who would have told us that we could bring my stepdaughter and that the policy is all over the internet. Basically, we should have known despite an employee having told us otherwise.
We were just going off what an employee told us, so treating us like we’re crazy or stupid for not reading the fine print in the gym policies was very disrespectful.
If your employee messed up and misrepresented your policies, you need to take responsibility for that as a manger and at the very least apologize for the confusion.
Part of your job as a gym manager is customer service. If you’re not treating customers respectfully, you aren’t doing your job.
