After I took off from work to go there- I was left in a waiting room for 40 minutes and in the patient room for another 20. I went to the front and requested a refund. Only when this was observed did the Dr come to find me. If you want me to respect your time and work, respect mine as well. If you cant, then don't book me at that time slot. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
