I'm so thankful for their efforts as a team - and I especially want to thank Cleto Gutierrez for his professional and detail-oriented assistance, along with his patience and resilience, in getting (and “fitting” me with) the power-chair I need. For most of my life I’ve had physical challenges and one thing I have learned is: finding the right assistive equipment is only the beginning - customizing it to “fit” and meet my personal needs is the challenging part. Cleto, with his expertise and compassion, provided this service with outstanding results, working with me to schedule time to make adjustments, and taking the time to ask the right questions. This was invaluable in finding solutions to my challenges.
