(No information was requested or required to for my child to receive a hearing test.) *age was provided during online intake* When we got there, a line was formed and once the lady was done helping the family in front, i stood there for 2 mins WITHOUT acknowledgment. I sat back down as she didn’t say a word As I was sitting back down another customer and a different employee was coming to the front to pay. (at this time the other employee saw the frustration on my face and she seen i had not been helped yet from the previous time i was standing). I was finally acknowledged and was asked why i was here… It was nice of her to at least step in as her co-worker hadn’t shown any type of professionalism. but after sitting/standing there for roughly 5-6 mins. with NO acknowledgement. I am told that my 8yr. daughter was unable to receive a hearing test because she needed an “Authorization Medical Release” form from her primary care. This wouldn’t have been an issue if this was request on the app when the appointment was made. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. I’m sure there are other hearing places that will be more than willing to help and acknowledge their customers.
