Listen- if you are newly pregnant, searching for an OB and office to be with you on this new journey, I came stress enough to stay away from this place.
Starting off strong with the biggest issue- Dr. Keithreddy.
Absolutely unwilling to hear your birth plan. Does not like to be questioned in any way. It is her way or the highway. Will not support delayed cord clamping or any natural birth remedies if that is the direction you are heading in.
She is adamantly against spending any intentional time with you in the office helping you understand and in the birth room when you need a calm and informative doctor the most. Most of my questions were shrugged off. She laughed when I brought up concerns about not wanting to be induced or have a c section if not necessary. And I will tell you - if you want to take your time in labor and really do this thing the way you intended- If you go with Dr. Keithreddy she will op for the knife over the encouragement and slow and steady pace it takes. Unnecessary interventions to get you out the door faster and a dollar in her pocket quicker will always be her way to go.
When we toured St. Luke’s Baptist hospital - I had an actual nurse tell me I would not have my birth plan honored if Dr. Keithreddy was in the room. And her decorum and quite frankly lack of empathy and humility in the office was enough for me to see that the nurse was absolutely correct.
And one more important thing to note- she didn’t explain a single detail about my anatomy scan. The biggest scan in the entire pregnancy was shrugged off with a “yeah everything looks good•” I didn’t get to see his little fingers and toes and learn his measurements and hear about his heart and lungs. And when I pressed she just smiled arrogantly and repeated “everything is fine.”
I ended up switching OB’s and hospitals entirely going into my third trimester to not have to deal with it any longer.
I have now found a wonderful practice and hospital that has made me realize how the process should have been on along.
My new OB is quite frankly appalled by Lone Star and their practices.
Secondly- the office staff is straight up rude. They see a thousand pregnant women in a week and you are nothing but just another number to check in to them. Don’t expect a warm welcome, quick service or any congratulations of any kind.
Do yourself the grandest favor and choose a different practice. Preferably someone that delivers to one of the newer Methodist hospitals in the area. Make the drive. It’s worth it to have the birth and care you so greatly deserve.
Being pregnant is a scary and yet beautifully wonderful thing. It should be celebrated. You should have a Dr. you trust. Care you can rely on. And most importantly peace in knowing you will be respected in and out of the birthing room and have informed consent at all times.
I hope this saves someone from the headache and tears I have had to experience.

I'm currently without a provider in a high risk threatened miscarriage state and because I'm unsure of how far along I am and am using Medicaid, they refused to even schedule me to be seen by an OB, who accepts Medicaid and had openings for an appointment that I could have had. I even said I would cancel the appointment if I was able to get in somewhere else sooner (which has not been the case) They would rather me go without a provider altogether. Very disappointing considering the reviews I read about other patients having the option to join in the second and third trimester, which I am not. Discouraging and disheartening as someone already in a predicament needing help.

Very disappointing experience with the administrative staff. I did a lot of research to find the doctor I wanted and specifically chose Dr. Ora Schwope. When I called the office to schedule the appointment, I clearly stated multiple times that I needed an appointment with this particular doctor.
I waited more than a month for this appointment and today drove from the other side of the city. When I arrived, I was told that my appointment had been scheduled with a completely different doctor.
I tried to explain the situation and asked if anything could be done, but the staff made no effort to fix the issue or accommodate me. As a result, I had to leave without seeing the doctor I had specifically requested.
Very frustrating and unprofessional scheduling process.

I always feel so welcome. I won't go anywhere else 🙈. They are so transparent and kind. The parking has both valet and do it your self. It also next to a parking garage !
Even the other patrons are super sweet when it comes to the elevators!
I got my Nexplanon removed and it was a very straight forward and swiftly done but I didn’t ever feel rushed. Dr Haun is the absolute best!!!! And the lovely lady in the pink scrubs 🙌🙌🙌 was super sweet and answered questions without judgement 🙈🤩.

It’s been a year since I have last visited this location, I want to say that I’m extremely disappointed with the “results” I received that I believe weren’t 100% honest and true, my OBGYN was Dr.De Los Santos, yes she may have a serious tone as well as a very serious attitude towards one but for me I felt like she always rushed my appointment when I would have to wait in the patient room for an hour straight waiting for my appointment to start, once she would enter the room my appointment with her was max 5-10mins, I have recently changed OBGYN doctors due to me trying to desperately finding a solution to have my period back from having PCOS, today was my appointment with my new obgyn and I have now found out that my lining is thick which is very dangerous for one to have due to that it could cause someone to have cancer, thank God I found an OBGYN that found the reason of my problem for not having my period for almost 9 years. YES 9 YEARS. All that my new obgyn did to figure out what could be the problem was do a transvaginal ultrasound one me AND SHE EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME HOW MY UTERUS LOOKS AND SHE IDENTIFIED THE THICK LINING THAT I HAVE NOW.
On my way home I was crying so much and thinking why wasn’t I informed about this with Dr. De Los Santos, I did both a regular ultrasound and a transvaginal ultrasound with her as well and she couldn’t see nothing wrong with my lining???? and why do most OBGYNS right away suggest only birth control as the only option to “solve” PCOS, I am now confirmed to have a surgery procedure done to me with cleaning out the thick lining in my uterus in a couple of months to be able to regulate my cycle.
Ladies if you ever feel like a provider is not helping you and is either forcing you or just giving you a few options of any solution and you don’t feel comfortable please search for other options.
Edit: 2/27/2026
After also being told that what could possibly be affecting my PCOS and not receiving my period by Dr.De Los santos over a year ago was relating to my thyroid issues, I was told to inform my primary doctor about it and to be prescribed medication for thyroid issues, I honestly didn’t believe it 100% so I decided to go see a endocrinologist, went to go get my blood work done at the endocrinologist clinic 2 weeks ago and went to today for my results and found out that my thyroid levels were fine, no autoimmune disease found nothing, thank God I listened to my gut on not taking any thyroid medication that could’ve messed my thyroid up really bad.
Never coming to this place again.
