If your teenagers are wanting contacts for the first time definitely go here and ask for Victor for the training steps on applying the contacts. My kiddos are scaredy-cats and Victor has impeccable patience and a very calming persona!

Staff here is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to their work. Lorenzo walked me through all my options for frames and lenses and found what was best for my lifestyle. He even found some equestrian inspired glasses which were perfect for my horse passion! He found lenses that work well specifically for me since I am on a screen 8+ hours a day. I highly recommend going to this lens crafters! Best experience I have ever had glasses shopping!

We normally would use this location, usually with great service, however, this last time 1/3/26, it was awful. I had an associate assist us (there were 2 of us) and then he got up, walked away and didn't come back. Another associate came to finish the transactions, however, same thing, got up and walked away while we waited. Then, a third associate (the manager I believe), came and rudely ask if we were done. Well, I don't know! All of the associates just kept leaving without a word so how would I know if we were done or not. She had no manners and was rude, so we decided to leave. Loss of 2 sales because they don't know what the heck they are doing and because of the lady's rudeness. We decided to take our business to another company, who took care of us.
Ps the optometrist office is awesome. This review only reflects the optical.

DO NOT BUY HERE! I got both regular lenses and sunglasses here the week before thanksgiving, and the glasses are already scratched up. Their quality is HORRIBLE. Now I have to pay to replace them. I've been getting my glasses from Costco with zero issues (no scratches) for years. I will not be returning here and honestly don't waste your money here.

Hello
My husband and I had a great experience at LensCrafters off 1604 and Culebra.
Alex greeted us at first, truly helpful and attentive (we loved the way she looked, her short hair and eye glasses).
Then we were introduced to Michael. Alex passed him off to us so he could help with my husband’s eye prescription, suggested ideas for the lens and even better… I had a pair of sunglasses, over 30 years old that he made look really nice and at no charge.
They both made us feel like we were at home.
Truly genuine people and extremely nice.
We highly recommend this place.
Regards Floyd and Remy Boone
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
