I had an associate assist us (there were 2 of us) and then he got up, walked away and didn't come back. Another associate came to finish the transactions, however, same thing, got up and walked away while we waited. Then, a third associate (the manager I believe), came and rudely ask if we were done. Well, I don't know! All of the associates just kept leaving without a word so how would I know if we were done or not. She had no manners and was rude, so we decided to leave. Loss of 2 sales because they don't know what the heck they are doing and because of the lady's rudeness. We decided to take our business to another company, who took care of us. Ps the optometrist office is awesome. This review only reflects the optical.

Now I have to pay to replace them. I've been getting my glasses from Costco with zero issues (no scratches) for years. I will not be returning here and honestly don't waste your money here.

Alex greeted us at first, truly helpful and attentive (we loved the way she looked, her short hair and eye glasses). Then we were introduced to Michael. Alex passed him off to us so he could help with my husband’s eye prescription, suggested ideas for the lens and even better… I had a pair of sunglasses, over 30 years old that he made look really nice and at no charge.
