- DHDulce HoltzclawNov 24, 20255.0After finding out about my pregnancy super late, Virginia was literally the only OBGYN in San Antonio to accept me as a new client this late in care. I was a scared first time mom but Virginia was confident in getting me on track with prenatal care, testing and prep for birth. I went into labor on her birthday and she still showed up to help me safely delivery my baby! At my 6 wk checkup she set me up with my choice of birth control and samples of baby formula.

I received a big bill and am still trying to get it corrected four months later. On top of that they put another patients urine sample on my acct. Very negligent. There are routine codes and federal guidelines for them to follow. When they say they will call you back, they don't. If you email, they don't respond. I've talked to everyone. I called recently and for the first time I'm given a second number for billing issues. I was told to talk to one woman. Then I called and was told another woman who of course is not there will help me tomorrow. I wonder how many people have been stuck with BIG bills because of their ineptitude.

My previous doctor easily placed my records on my portal without an additional cost. This doctor is anything but gentle and compassionate. I will never return.
- CFCRISTINA FIGUEROAJan 30, 20235.0Everything was great the staff are very helpful and welcoming to my honest opinion the bad reviews are a lie DR.Aguilar and the nurse explained everything and took the time to listen to me as the patient the only thing is the wait but honestly acknowledging she is a OB/GYN she has a lot of work to me it wasn’t a problem but when coming in don’t be in a rush an take time to understand.. the whole staff deserves to be acknowledged and thanked for there excellent service.
