    The front desk lady remembered me. And she is kind. They have made my appointment for today because I have discomfort now, and my regular NP is already booked up. P. S. She is superior. I feel acknowledged here.

    Staff and Doctors are very helpful with needs. Making an appointment is easy and fast, along with our visits. Im greatful they don't take hours to be seen. This area is convenient and easy to get to.

    If you are a transgender person do not visit thos clinic! they guve u ugly looks and disrespectful staff! Even if u work with the company . they will just repeatedly call u sir and call u by your dead name even if u tell them ur preferred name. For a company that supports the LGBTQ+ Community i expect more respect from staff. Definitely need to do better!!

    Although when i did work at HEB the doctors here were very friendly and answered any questions i had, since i left H-E-B about a month ago i have had questions about medication prescribed to me at magenta health. Since i am no longer a patient there they have not found me in the system but i told them my doctors names and the medicine i was prescribed and just that i need to talk to my doctors about the side affects of these medications. I have not been able to speak. To an actual doctor. I’ve been told to call a pharmacist with any questions and i finally asked for someone to call me back when a doctor is available for me to talk to and no one has. I understand i am technically not a patient but i have a right to have questions about the medicine and side affects from them and no one will answer them for me. I call about two times a week for the last 3 weeks.
