Made to wait long times for care that feels like your in a warehouse when you get bloodwork and then their technology is so terrible. Hoping we don’t have to see this provider next year.

- DKDebra KingMar 27, 20231.0This review is not clinic specific but with Magenta as a whole. Their lack of empathy is the worst that I have ever experienced!! The call center is a joke and nobody knows what the policies are from day to day. All I ever get is “I’ll bring that up with my manager.” I drove 30 minutes to see a provider for them to give me a televisit in 30 days with PT even though I’ve seen the PT before for the same issue. If you truly need to be helped, look elsewhere because Magenta could care less about your health.
