When I called earlier, the woman on the phone talked to me like I was dumb and actually raised her voice, saying “It’s a controlled substance so this has to be done!” She acted irritated that I even asked a question, as if patients are supposed to know pharmacy laws. Verifying medication is their job — not something a patient should be scolded for. Then when we arrived to pick up the prescription, the behavior was just as bad. I went to the window and said, “I’m here to pick up a prescription, the pick-up code is…” and before I could finish, Carlos snapped, “I didn’t ask for it yet.” I apologized, and literally a second later he asked, “What’s the code?” Multiple employees stared at me with weird, judgmental looks the entire time. When we asked if we needed to sign anything at the end, he completely ignored us and walked away. No acknowledgment, no basic courtesy, nothing. This pharmacy is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and judgmental — especially toward people picking up anxiety medication. I will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone
