- RRRositaDec 18, 20251.0The new employee hang up the phone on you before you're even done speaking. I was going to ask about another medication and they hung up while I was talking. There was no gap. They're not the same gentle and understanding staff that were there a few months ago.

He hasn’t eaten much in the past couple and he’s just been so miserable. He needed his medicine ASAP!!! I explained our situation to the pharmacist (Ms. Dolores) and asked if she could please fill it as soon as possible. She was more than willing to help us. She filled it right away! Ms. Anita finished the transaction and was very helpful when I asked for food suggestions because he has been having a hard time eating. It’s been two and half days now that my son and I have not slept. Maybe 3 to 4 hours total. I can’t tell you how much their help meant to me. I was in tears by the end of the transaction. In fact I’m crying as I type this. It was one of those moments where just a little bit of kindness means everything. I gave my son his medicine and he is now content. He is sleeping so soundly. I am so grateful for these two ladies help. We’ve been having a really bad couple days, my son more than me of course. Their kindness just meant so much. Sleep deprived and an emotional wreck seeing him like that. Now he can finally rest. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
