- TNThomas NorthDec 16, 20252.0HEB in its totality has great customer service, however, there is something wrong with the customer service at the pharmacy at this location. I am not sure if his lack of training that is a problem or if HEB is desperate for people to work in the pharmacy and, as a consequence, they hire people that have attitudes. These employees, without constant observation by managers, display those attitudes to some of the most vulnerable people in San Antonio. I have had problems with a young man who gives me sarcastic responses ("your doctor doesn't work here" or "I just said that") from an older gentleman with a white beard who barely acknowledges me and simply says "date of birth" and sends out the medication doesn't tell me to sign anything doesn't do anything just leaves me hanging there. He never returns. Yes I do know what the process of signing for medication although is it really that demanding for him to come back and say thank you for coming to HEB thank you for spending your time and money at our pharmacy. No, he would rather just ignore me and not say thank you and not show appreciation that I am helping provide income for himself and his family. I hope HEB does better at this location especially when it comes to the pharmacy. Something needs to change because these people have attitudes and they are unforgiving if you make them work too hard or if you ask too many questions they will remember you and they will punish you with attitude every time you see them.
