Honestly, Mr. Ram the Pharmacist, his Customer Service is above and beyond he was such a big help when I was dealing with a problem with my prescription refill request. He literally took the time out of his busy schedule to help me, he literally took his time and gave me advice and guidance. Also, his pharmacy worker Bobby was a great help to me as well, explaining and giving me advice about a certain medication that I was having an issue with. Neither one of them showed any signs of being in a rush, they both literally took their time and showed concern in helping me. I would highly recommend this HEB Pharmacy to anyone, their Pharmacy Leadership Mr. Ram is doing a great job with his workers and it shows in their Customer Service. I would also like to say one more thing, this HEB pharmacy compared to other pharmacy’s I rate them 10-10 because all the pharmacy workers at this pharmacy have always shown me respect, patience and care. Thank you HEB and Mr. Ram, Respectfully Mr. F. Sanchez
