- HKhannah keithOct 21, 20251.0I had surgery a week ago and had some questions about a gel cream for my eyes. When I went to the pharmacy, the staff member went to get the pharmacist to speak with me. As soon as the pharmacist saw me, she gave me an unpleasant look, as if I were inconveniencing her. She was very rude when I asked whether it was safe to apply the gel in my eye and over the stitches that were just removed today. She never gave me a clear answer, and now I’m afraid to use it on my incisions or near my eyes. She was an older white woman, blonde hair, ponytail with blue or light eyes.... I didn’t catch her name because I was so upset and left. The last thing I need after a procedure and while in pain is to be treated that way. I am shocked with the way she looked and spoke to me.
