I've tried calling in a prescription several times today, including times when NO One should be phoning, and I keep getting, "All Circuits are busy now." They need a second phone line and/or someone paying attention so they can put a message on to let customers know what's wrong.

- EMElena MartinezDec 23, 20251.0Extremely poor customer service. H-E-B has been out of my medication for two weeks confirmed on Saturday they would obtain my medication from other HEB pharmacy. When I called today, was told by the pharmacist that that was inaccurate information, they could not obtain it from another pharmacy. I was informed that the only way to get accurate information was to speak the pharmacist themselves so going forward unless you speak the pharmacist whatever is shared to you by anyone else may not be accurate. Again very poor communication, pharmacist presented as if I was proving false information.

It literally keeps repeating the options and when you select the number it doesn't even transfer you. Like y'all need to fix this problem.
