- PHPat HernandezNov 29, 20254.0I’ve had not only excellent service with HEB pharmacy for years even before they moved from across the street. If I have questions I go to the “consultation window” and always even for none prescription they have helped me. I check my health insurance to see if my meds are covered and what tier. Some I don’t pay. I’ve used the online and the automated by phone. I’ve never had problems. One time I ran out and called for an emergency they gave me three days and called my doctor for refill I did not have to call. So all in all I’ve had great service. Thank you.

Was told by the lady that answered the phone that the most they could give me was a 3 day supply. That was fine with me. I just needed enough to get me through the weekend. The lady instructed me to go to the drop-off counter to receive it. I get there, and after waiting and waiting, I’m told that they will not give me an emergency supply. Don’t tell someone going through withdrawal from not having their medication that you will do something and then not do it! Waste of my time and energy. I just moved my medications over here and will be moving them to a different HEB.
