- KSKatie SanchezNov 2, 20251.0They will waste your time. Called and asked for an emergency supply of my medication. Was told by the lady that answered the phone that the most they could give me was a 3 day supply. That was fine with me. I just needed enough to get me through the weekend. The lady instructed me to go to the drop-off counter to receive it. I get there, and after waiting and waiting, I’m told that they will not give me an emergency supply. Don’t tell someone going through withdrawal from not having their medication that you will do something and then not do it! Waste of my time and energy. I just moved my medications over here and will be moving them to a different HEB.

- MAMarco Ramos AguirreOct 11, 20251.0I called heb to see if my daughter's medicine was ready for pick up and thankfully it was, for that I was greatful because my daughter has influenza and needed her medicine.. when I got to the heb pharmacy window the guy asked for my daughter's info and I gave it to him he said it was ready and asked what flavor we wanted . We told him cherry and when he was done he slammed the sliding door open and we heard and felt the slider hit the driver's door . It was the end of the day and we didn't want to start problems for anyone so thats why we are making a complaint on here .. update they replied with a number to call.I called the number and guess what?The number does not exist, thanks HEB for the help
