- XXXzavierNov 20, 20254.0Ive developed a good reoutikn there. I enjoy there service. They do go above and beyond for your medication. The lines can be long sometimes but its rather good experience
- TOThe Truth onlySep 12, 20252.0Lately it’s been very frustrating picking up my mom’s prescriptions from this pharmacy. Any time there’s an issue with the insurance or prescription, no one takes the time to resolve it or give me a straight answer. Every time I ask what the problem is, I get a different explanation depending on who I speak to. At one point, I was told I needed to come in and fill out paperwork so they could submit it to the insurance. Then I was told the issue was that my mom’s doctor wasn’t in network with Medicare even though the same doctor has been prescribing her medications for years with no issues. It took me over a month of phone calls, going back and forth between the doctor and the pharmacy, to finally get them to work on prescriptions. The whole process has been messy, confusing, and exhausting. It should not take this much effort just to pick up medication that my mom depends on.
- CBChris BagleyAug 22, 20191.0Husband went to pick up my meds. Needed to pick up the refill as well at the same time due to the nature of the medication. Not only did they act rude at the fact that he would dare ask if they remembered the refill, but they in fact did NOT remember the refill after he specifically asked them. We are an hour+ round trip to them as they are the nearest HEB for us and now I have to wait another day for meds as I can’t drive back out to them same day. When calling them to complain that mishandled my prescription the lady acted like I was the problem and that she doesn’t know who he talked too so its not her problem. Poor customer service all around. Both in person and over the phone. Super disappointed.
