- XXXzavier4 days ago4.0Ive developed a good reoutikn there. I enjoy there service. They do go above and beyond for your medication. The lines can be long sometimes but its rather good experience
- TOThe Truth onlySep 12, 20252.0Lately it’s been very frustrating picking up my mom’s prescriptions from this pharmacy. Any time there’s an issue with the insurance or prescription, no one takes the time to resolve it or give me a straight answer. Every time I ask what the problem is, I get a different explanation depending on who I speak to. At one point, I was told I needed to come in and fill out paperwork so they could submit it to the insurance. Then I was told the issue was that my mom’s doctor wasn’t in network with Medicare even though the same doctor has been prescribing her medications for years with no issues. It took me over a month of phone calls, going back and forth between the doctor and the pharmacy, to finally get them to work on prescriptions. The whole process has been messy, confusing, and exhausting. It should not take this much effort just to pick up medication that my mom depends on.

The first time I went there they said it will be either 45 minutes before my meds were ready, which isn't abnormal for a pharmacy. However, I came back an hour later and they told me it would be until tomorrow morning that they would be there. This exact same thing happened the second time even when I asked point blank "Do you actually have these meds here for me today or do I need to come back tomorrow?". Bottom line, go anywhere else.
